YEIDA will purchase 200 acres of land for the development of Raya Heritage City, leading to the progress of Phase 3. 

After the approval of Mathura’s Master Plan 2031 (Phase 2), the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has initiated the process of land acquisition for Raya Heritage City. Currently, 200 acres of land will be purchased, for which farmers have consented to 137 acres.
